ACTA stands for Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. But can be the latest guise for censorship.
Da would be put down, as well as Twitter, tumbler, youtube, facebook and anything else that users upload to because as shown by megaupload being shut down is that the others could be shut down or blocked completely from your country because of people uploading clips, collages, music from copywritten works. No more seeing your favourite part in a show, no more fake trailers or clips from games. And individuals could be cut from the internet and fined or jailed by the company who thinks you've broken copywrite law and this isn't just the pirated material, and this law has been pushed in behind our backs by people who wasn't voted in.

The United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea if my understanding is correct as well as 22 member states of the European Union.
But I think enough opposition to this bill could still bring it down. Never under estimate the power you have as a person.
